We're a direct lender for Real Estate Investors who are looking for financing for Ground up Construction, Fix and Flip and Fix and Add. We provide Bridge Loans of 12 - 18 months as well as Permanent Term Loans from 5 - 30 years, and we lend currently in 44 States. We do 1 - 4 Units as well as 5 - 10 Units and we offer a generous referral Commission for any of your Referred Investors who get Final Approved and Closed. We also provide refinancing on Portfolio Loans that can improve Investors cash flow, due to interest rates being lower now versus when they did their initial financing 12 months or longer from this year.
